Ok thanks, I'm familiar with this and had it in mind but was not sure if it worked on an LT.
Problem solved.

Got a total of about 8 hours into it "learning"my way through it.

Only thing i took off was the intake to get it out....not too bad over all. I left the grounds on untill i seperated it, made it much easier, there is enough slack. I lowered the cradle a little to gain a little more access to the rear tranny bolts....helped a lot which then gave me extra room for lossening the motor mounts because i then had some extra lift to get a better angle on the lower bolt coming through the frame.

Outsourcing at its best.....

Might just have to wait to see if dealership carries them. No need replacing my clutch yet, almost no wear and will be below 800hp......for now.

What about a clutch alignment tool? If you use a C7 or Z06 OEM clutch You will not need a alignment tool but I don't know about the after market clutches.

Why wouldn't you need one with an OEM clutch?

The Z51 & Z06 has the twin disk clutch which will self center its self so you will not need a alignment tool
