What is considered good data for 1/4 mile runs in a bone stock 2017 Grand Sport. Using the PDR as a timer I have only done 2 runs.
0-60----4.0
0-100--8.7
1/4----12.2
This is with no burnout and temp. at 34 degrees. Tires were warm but I realize with that temp. traction is not good. Trap speed was about 121, again using the PDR.
I would just like to know what I can expect when the weather gets better.
Thanks.
ironman77 knows of a stock one running 11.50s. I've personally seen a stock 14 Z51 run an 11.70 in reasonably good weather (low DA). I haven't run my '15 Z51 yet, but I swear it feels like it's a second faster than my old souped up Pontiac G8 GT that ran a best of 12.26 so I'm pretty sure that mine will dip well into the 11's. These cars are crazy fast for being stock...
I hope the GS runs 11's as the 2018 Mustang GT runs right at 12 flat and nearly 120 MPH, everything is fast now. My daily driver AWD Cadillac will do low 13s, crazy.
You will have less trap speed in warmer temps and a slower et. If in the warmer temps your 0-60 improves, the ET will probably be the same. Under normal conditions, getting the car to run 12.0 is a job well done. Ignore trap speed, concentrate on great 60ft times when at the track and your et's will drop.

The Grand Sport is heavier than the Stingray. I managed 12.20@115 bone stock in +3500ft DA(97 degrees) in my GS. They respond very well to boltons/E85 however.
The list was most recently updated a year and a half ago, the stock section didn't have any GS at all.
I'm sure someone has a GS that deserves to be in the list, but it's not there yet.
You can read through all 700+ posts and see what you find.
GM claims the GS is quicker 0-60 than a Z51, I don't think the extra weight/drag would be enough to put it behind at the end of the quarter. But I've believed for a long time that the GM factory numbers come from the marketing department rather than the engineering department.
