Trunk pops open
C7 Stingray - the trunk keeps popping open when driving and or idling. I tried changing the battery in the FOB.
I am not hitting any releases inside of the car, I have even tried taking the key out of my pocket and putting it in the cup holder?
anyone have any ideas?

If you have an M7 the hatch should only open when the car is stationary and the parking brake is on. For automatic transmission cars the transmission has to be in park.
The most likely release you may be hitting is the one by your left knee. However, even hitting that shouldn't let the trunk open while the car is moving.

The only pull tab I can think of is the tab to open the driver door? Is there a tab to open the trunk in the coupe or a newer model?

Ah, my pull tab is my thumb safety on my Kimber! By gosh, I got a trunk tab too! I never really noticed that thing. Damn, I feel safe now!
