How to read knock retard?

How do i read what the knock retard is on my car? simplest solution, free would be great!

I'm running 91 here in california and want to see if the car is pulling timing and if so, how much. also want to see how much blending with 100 will get the knock retard to go away.

NGuage will display it and all other pids. It's not free, costs $450, but is a great gauge, data logs, and can download multiple tunes...

I don't want to tune the car any less expensive options?

This is a great solution...not sure if they have it working yet for 2017 and up...you may want to contact them directly..

I use it in my 2015 and I love it!
