I have similar code popped up on the way from track a month ago.
Scanned system and I got
P0097
P00F4
P2199
it might be wiring problem, but I would like check IAT 2 sensor, I have no Idea where that is. I know IAT1 is part of MAF sensor.
Anyone has any info?
My scaner shows IAT2 is -4 degree.
thanks

Pretty sure P0054 is for your driver side rear O2 sensor. Do you even have rear O2 sensors in the car still?

Also pretty the Intake Air Temp Sensor setup is different for the LT4. MAF is sensor 1 but can be broken out for boosted applications. Sensor two is in the manifold somewhere. Either your tune has sensor 2 enabled and you don't actually have a second sensor installed or you have sensor 2 unplugged after the LT4 blower conversion and there is no signal getting to the ECU and the tuner didn't turn it off.

Humidity sensor might be part of the temp sensor so if that is missing you will get the humidity sensor code too.

I see that this thread is a bit old for my reply, but I came across it trying to find the answer since I was having the same problem. So to help out my fellow diy peeps here was my situation. The wire to my O2 sensor was, lets just say singed, lol. Long story short after I repaired the wires I was still receiving these codes. Come to find out I had blew a fuse #36 for me. Hope my two cents helps the next one.

Thats right I found out 02 sensors bank 1 and 2 tied to Ignition circuits which is fuse number 36. I checked all wires with multimeter and static voltage on MAF. Also MAF contains IAT,1 IAT2, humidity sensor and pressure sensor. After replacing ignition fuse 36 everything is working ok.
thank you

For anyone reading this in 2021, I have a 2019 Corvette z06 and the correct fuse is F77 Engine Outside Position (15A) - Previous C7's use the fuse F36
I replaced that, cleared the engine codes and BOOM! Everything is working again, no errors!

Mind you... I did buy and install a new MAF sensor (thought it was just a bad MAF sensor), but found out it was actually the fuse!
