While doing some research on Borla and Corsa exhaust systems, I recently found out about Billy Boat exhaust systems.
I was wondering if anyone on here has installed any BB systems on their C7 Vette. I understand that the company has three variations - PRT, Fusion, and Bullet.
I have the NPP option on my car. I would like something substantially louder than the factory exhaust provides, but I don't want the sound to be overbearing in the passenger cabin - I want to be able to carry on a conversation and to listen to the radio or tunes on my flash drive.
Thanks in advance for any comments, recommendations, etc.

Easiest way to accomplish a louder exhaust is to swap your stock X pipe for one without the secondary CATs. It wont throw a CEL and keeps your NPP in tact. Cost is also minimal. There are options from Borla, Corsa, etc.. There are lots of videos out there that can give you an idea of the change in sound.
I would only change the axle back portion if you want to change what the exhaust actually sounds like vs. sound increase alone.

If your Corvette is NPP equipped I might suggest our FUSION Exhaust System. (PRT and Bullet would eliminate your NPP functionality). In open mode, it's quite aggressive. While the closed mode, although still slightly louder than stock, it's a modest tone. In either mode, you'll keep a rich muscle car sound to your exhaust. Your profile picture shows a C7 so I'll assume that's what you have. With that, you have a couple options in tips I've linked below for you. Hope this helps...
Yes Sir! I went with the Corsa X-Pipe and the Billy Boat Fusion. I love it!

Josh,
Thank you for the post. I talked with someone at your location a couple of Fridays ago; could have been you.
I hadn't thought about mixing Corsa X-pipe and BB Fusion, but I think that is the way I will go.
One question I have is how difficult is it to get the tips (Speedway tips) lined up properly - with each other and evenly within the space at the rear of the car? Do the hangers/mounts pretty much take care of proper spacing/alignment? Or should I expect to spend time making adjustments?

Yes sir that was me. I had a feeling this might've been you.
Yes a lot of people mix and match exhausts, I have the Corsa along with the Akrapovic.
Adjusting the tips isn't too difficult since its two big tips compared to the smaller original 4 tips. The instructions will demonstrate how to properly do so.
I had Bullets installed on my 2018 Z06 this past October. That install was videoed at their North Phoenix showroom/manufacturing facility. You can watch it on their UTube thread.
This was my third set of Bullets. The first was on my 2001 Z06 and then my 2007 Corvette. Believe me when I say that the 2007 install was by far the loudest. I guess that 2 pairs of cats on the 2018 dampen the sound somewhat. The NPP's are extremely restrictive...check threads on this forum for pictures of the NPP cutaways. To me, they sound great and I do have a Range Tech to keep the engine in only V8 operation only. New Z06's have NO AFM valves.
