My 2015 A8 Stingray has developed a shudder at 1400 RPM when running in A4 or when the throttle is lightly increased.
Other posters have reported that this is caused by either the torque converter or a failed belt tensioner. In some cases a TC flush fixed the problem. In some cases the TC was replaced with a Gen 3 TC. In some cases the belt tensioner was replaced.
Does anyone know if there is a Tech Service Bulletin out on this?
