Default Dyno results from Kooks longtubes

If anyone was considering spending the money on a good set of longtubes, I definitely think it's worth it! The sound is amazing (and loud) and the added power and torque is significant. For reference, my 2008 C6 (base with 6speed auto) made 416whp/421rwtq with the same mods on the same Dyno as the results on this C7.
My C7 is a 2015 Z51 package with the 8speed auto. The following mods were done; AFE CAI, Kooks 1-7/8 longtubes, Kooks catted x-pipe, custom Dyno tune (conservative). That combo put down a respectable 448rwhp/471rwtq. It was a bit more than I was expecting. The car runs strong! Unfortunately I don't have any baseline numbers before the mods, but either way the car is significantly quicker across the whole rpm range. It also drives a bit better without the V4 mode (disabled in tune) and I haven't noticed any change in gas mileage (too minor). Anyway, if you're on the fence about these mods, just go for it, you will not be disappointed..!

Haha... Thanks Ryan! I think it puts this car at a perfect power level that's useable and streetable without being over the top. At wide open throttle it sounds like your at a NASCAR event....

I agree, I had TSP long tubes and KNN cai on my tuned '14 Z51 A6 and it picked up about 40 rwhp from stock (447/461) on a hot humid day. The sound was amazingly loud tho....
