2017 Z51 8 speed

Hey guys just came back from drags and was only hitting 12.2 @116 last month and now 12.3 @114. How is everyone getting a 11s? I tried using launch control and left it in drive, if I use pedal shifters it goes slower. My car has 1,700 miles completely stock. Are you guys using launch control? 2nd question I'm ready to order texas speed lt headers, texas speed xpipe no cats , and leaving my stock intake on, is it worth it to buy lots and xpipe on helping me reaching 11s? Any tips and advice will help. Thanks in advanced oh and I live hawaii we are about sea level not sure on exact elevation
