Default PID FOR E85 Content on C7Z06!

Hi Guys,

I'm currently running the Torque Pro App via a Bluetooth OBDII Scanner. My mods are kooks LT's catless X, AFE CAI, NGK plugs and E55. I was wondering if anyone knows the PID for the monitoring Ethanol Content as my tune is for E55. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tried this with engine running and it did not work, saved it, but how would I know it's activated? Should I try with engine off??

You have a sensor installed, right?
The above works for me. I got that off a CTS-V forum.

Correct I have the sensor installed and activated as my tune is calibrated at E55 (Max) on stock fuel system for the C7Z06. I have the PID code in there, but I'm trying two figure out how to enable it? Thanks again!

Do you have HP Tuners or EFILive? If so, can you read it using that?

Anyone figure out the correct pid? I used the same custom pid above and it says at idle I'm running 158%?

I tried the aforementioned PID formula with Torque Pro on my Flex Fuel sensor and it just wouldn't work. The scanner my performance shop uses read the E85 fine but tried for 2 hours to get mine to work but never could. I give up.

Where did you get your Dashlogic? Was it difficult to program for E85? Thanks.

I bought it from Dashlogic. Or Palmer or whatever they’re called. Was super easy to program.

Bringing this back as relevant for my recent installations. This is the exact PID and equation needed for Torque Pro.

I tried this and it is not working using torque lite, do I need pro? Any ideas?

This information is correct and is what I use, but I use Torque Pro. I think you have to be on the Pro version in order to make custom PID's. From there you have to add a display to your panel and select the one that is name E85, not the one that says Ethanol.
