Default C7 Stingray Headers & E85 Dyno

C7 Stingray M7 with 2” TSP catless Headers, 3” X-pipe & E85 Dyno numbers:

Dyno: Dynocom AWD 15000 FX
Stock: 415whp / 416wtq
Stock tune w/headers: 440whp / 455wtq
93 tune w/headers: 460whp / 480wtq
E85 tune w/headers: 485whp / 510wtq

I did change to NGK step colder plugs since most shops recommends it with headers and e85... car ran bone stock 11.6s on 1/4 mile consistently. Looking forward to low 11s ot maybe even 10.99 this coming “winter” in Florida.

Thank you guys! Drivability like stock... only issue is no traction at all when you go WOT at 20-30mph on first gear with stock Michlien PSS tires lol

What E85 sensor kit did you go with? Also, no ported throttle body or intake manifold? No aftermarket CAI?

No ported TB, IM or CAI. I went with DSX kit.

Just an FYI, alot of people go to NGK for a colder plug.

The factory LT4 plug is one step colder than the LT1, just needs a re-gap to 1.02mm (factory LT4 gap = 0.8mm).

How does the clutch handle the extra power? With the Z51 gear ratios you should be hitting the driveline pretty hard in first. Do you know if your tuner limited the torque in first?

So far no problems with clutch. I didn’t ask my tuner any questions... I just let him do his job and he did it well. My car is tuned by Chris Holmes and he is well known in tuners world so I trust him.
