You need to disconnect the battery, drain the cooling system, remove the pcv tubes and tubes off the tank, disconnect the 2 battery cables on the fuse block and remove the fuse block, remove the nuts/bolts holding the tank and remove the hoses. I'm not sure if you need to remove all the connectors in the lower part of the fuseblock and remove the fuseblock bracket or just unhook the rear connectors from the lower bracket
Well, it turns out the tank connection was not leaking, but heater hose connection # 1 as marked in attached photos was the culprit. It took one of the larger o-rings (not largest) in the same Dornan 80020 assortment. I just matched it up. Again, tight fit.
I also learned (accidentally) you do NOT need to remove the “paper clip” keeper to reinstall these connectors. Put the keeper back on and give it a good shove and he sure to pull back on it to ensure the hose is locked on. Same on bottom of coolant tank. Connector marked #1 was the leak Goes to same y-connector as coolant tank hose Testing after replacing o-ring. Loaner from O’Reilly’s. #2 was not leaking. These 2 hoses, along with the coolant tank hose and the y-connector, make up the heater hose kit mentioned in other threads.
