C7 Clock resets on every startup

C7 Clock resets on every startup
My 2015 C7 Z06 clock in the infotainment system resets to 12:00 on every startup.
Just an inconvenient problem as this clock is used by the GPS to predict arrival time and and is also used for the time stamp on the PDR files. All my PDR recording are time stamped for 01/01/2013 at 12:00.
Whats weird is everything else is fine. I don't loose any other information like radio presets.
Is there a continuous 12v supply to the clock which has a fuse I can check?

That's interesting to hear. I've been having issues where the PDR file time is 28 hours off, I'll have to check my infotainment clock but I would've thought I'd have noticed. Doesn't the infotainment clock get current time from the GPS?

I don't think it takes the time from the GPS. And unlike my other cars,it does not give the option for the clock to reference GPS time or cellular network time.

CORRECTION, I found the "auto"setting in settings menu that ties the clock reference to cellular time. So far so good! Clock is keeping correct time.
