Procharged C7 Governor
I took my vette out for a 200 run last night and ended up finding a governor at 180mph, 6k in 5th. The car just sat at that rpm and speed for a few miles. After doing some googling I found that the car shouldn't have a limiter but it may have been added when the P1SC was added on by the previous owner. I don't know why anyone would want to tune a governor into the car. Any ideas on quick fixes? Got the 200 bug right now.

I believe you have a speed and RPM governor on the car. As stated above me, you can only fix it with a tune.
