Default Quickjack question

I want to purchase a quickjack for my C7. However, I also have a 2015 1500 Silverado HighCountry Crewcab. Does anyone have a quick jack that they use on a similar application? If so, do you like it? Which model quickjack do you have?

Thanks
Al

I agree. Have the 7000 as well. Use it for C7 Stingray, Toyota Highlander, MINI Countryman. The Vette is the easiest because there’s no pinch rail to line up with pinch rail blocks. The rubber blocks are about a half inch below the pucks when you drive on. Simple to align. Almost 2ft of clearance from floor. Won’t go back to jack stands...

I have the 7000lb model. Bought it vs the 5000lb model so I COULD use it on a truck if needed. You will need the extender accessories for it for trucks, and one thing to note if you plan to move them around alot... they are HEAVY compared to the 5k lb model.

I read someone had the 7000EXT and lifting pucks did not lineup exactly with the C7 and lifting puck hung off about 1/2in or so on each rubber pad. Are you guys having a problem lining up the C7 lifting pucks on the 7000EXT? Does it over hang or is it spot on?

I am interested in picking up the 7000 lbs extended version since it seems to fit most newer cars better.

I have the 7000, but not that newer EXT model. The 7000 has very large pockets that give you a lot of room to move around the rubber pads to line them up without issues. The extender accessory kit is needed for trucks. My only complaint is the 7000 is HEAVY for me to move around.

I just bought a 5000, but it's still in transit. Should have it set up by the weekend. I'll take pictures and document. I went with the 5000 for use in the garage (and at the track), lifting the Vette and our WRX rally car. My 2500HD is way too tall to even fit under the garage door, never mind jacking it up inside, and to be honest, you can practically walk under it anyway...LOL

Thanks for the replies. One more question. Who has the best price on the 7000?

Thanks

Al

Summit and the QuckJack website had the same price and had the 5000 in stock. There were a couple of sites advertising it at a few bucks less, but they showed delivery dates weeks out. I’d guess the same goes for the 7000

I think that if you call QuickJack direct, and tell them you saw a $100 off TV coupon on Velocity Channel, they might honor it. At least they used to. I heard on other threads that Costco has good deals on them.

Just ordered he BL-7000EXT, they have a sale due to SEMA. I was able to buy the 7000EXT and pinch weld blocks for $1,376.50. The code is good up to $300 off per unit plus free ship. I don't have a C7 Grand Sport yet, have to wait til after February due to work but I hope it fits.

When you get it can you let us know if they hit the lifting points of the C7 or if there is a overhang issue? I don't have the C7 yet to try it on....

Let us know if your 7000 works with your Silverado. I have a 2017 Grand Sport and a 2017 Silverado regular cab with eight foot bed and four wheel drive. I checked the owners manual for the lifting points on the Silverado and it said they were the rear axle so I didn't see how any Quickjack model would work. I have to admit I did not spend any time looking to see if there were any other acceptable lifting points at the rear of the truck that would work with the Quickjack. I bought the 5000 model and it is great using it with the Vette. Would be nice if I can use it with the truck as well though I know I would need the truck adapter kit.
