Default Which wire is the ground wire on the clutch position switch

Hey All,
I am trying to get my MSD 87331 2step installed. I am having an issue finding which wire is the ground on the clutch position sensor. I used the Lingenfelter adapter, so i did't tear into the original wires. I connected it to what I though was the right wire, but the 2step is activated when the clutch is not pushed in, then deactivates when you push the clutch in.

Curious if there is another place that I could be connected for the clutch to activate the MSD 2step.

Anyone have any insight?!

Thanx
Rich

Ground is black wire with grey stripe - pin A on connector. Not familiar with the device you are trying to install, but it sounds like it needs an on/off switch, whereas this is a clutch position sensor that will give the ECM a variable signal.
