My idiocy might help someone - rear compartment lights fuse
So I'm changing out the rear compartment bulbs with LEDS on my new GS and I accidentally short the two terminals together. Of course, both lights go out and I figure I'd popped a fuse. And being in the back, I figured the fuse is in the rear fusebox... grrrrr.. (I have the 2014 set of service manuals but don't know if changes were made). Juist to be sure, I open and close the drivers door in case the RAP played a role in this somehow. Nope, still no lights.
So I tear apart the back (trim removal, carpet lift, etc) and find no open fuse. Then I notice a couple circuit breakers there and think to myself "Nah, can't be....". So I open and close the drivers door again and the lights come on....Time to button it all back up!
Hope my experience saves someone unnecessary trouble!
