Our 5'' cold air intake is done with testing and so far we have shipped out 10 of these. Before the thread goes all goofy as intake threads tend to. Here is exactly the first car we did this on and how we tested it.
we did 3 pulls with the afe and than swapped intakes and did 3 pulls with ours. Obviously we corrected the maf for the larger tube. All pulls we waited until oil temp and coolant temps were the same. We also iced every pull to keep iat's out of the equation. I truly tried my best to make this as unbiased as possible. Now keep in mind I have done back to back with afe and halltech and they have made within 1 hp of each other. I have not tried any other intakes before anyone ask.This fits magnuson and OEM blowers. Whipple swap guys it "should" but I cannot verify it at this time. Also note: it's made out of aluminum, no it will not make your iat's go to some insane level, aluminum is amazing at dissipating heat very quickly. The air box seals up nicely against the hood as well
