Default Joe Gibbs driven diff fluid

Hello,
Just traded my 5th gen ZL1 in for a c7 z06. Car is a 16 with 9k miles. Engine oil has been changed, but I want to go ahead and change out trans and diff fluid. I have the oem fluid for the tr6060 in the camaro, will this work in the corvette? Also, I purchased joe Gibbs driven diff fluid, has anyone used this with the elsd?
thanks,
travis

Trans fluid is ATF, I used amsoil but any synthetic ATF will do.

I would use GM gear oil for the rear diff personally. I literally just changed both of mine at 1700 miles on 19Z.

I will have to check the part number on the trans fluid I have. It is ATF. Is the drain and refill procedure pretty straight forward?

Any ATF will work in the trans, I just used fully synthetic to try and cure some of the rough 1-2 shifting. Drain and fill on the trans is really easy, the plugs take a 3/8 rachet and are labeled drain and fill. Easy drain and fill, everything is easily accessible.
The rear dif isn’t labeled, the drain is easy but the fill is tucked up above the rear sway bar. It’s not horribly bad, but it’s more difficult to fill.
A little advice, everyone swears on here you need a flex head 3/8” rachet to get the fill bolt out on the rear dif.
Use a 1/2” rachet, non swivel, with a 1/2” to 3/8” adapter and a 3 inch long 3/8” extension. With that setup you will get right in the fill bolt no issues.

Joe Gibbs differential fluid?
I assume is just a rebranded fluid.
Perhaps a special blend.

You may the forum's test pilot for this fluid.
FWIW I would only use GM approved fluid eLSD.

Good luck in your decision.

They make some good fluid. I just wasn’t sure about the elsd. I ran it in my 5th gen camaro and it worked well.
