I can tell you that long tube ARH headers with their off road cat option is LOUD. Even in Stealth mode it’s pretty friggin loud. Couldn’t tell you about their mid length headers.
I have catted ARH mids. They definitely increase the volume but it is pretty tame if you leave the factory catted X pipe and NPP on the car. It will be quite a bit louder at full throttle though.
I went to ARH mids with cats, catless Borla X pipe and Borla NPP rear. When cruising in tour mode at 45mph I pretty much don't even hear the exhaust. On the highway at 85mph in tour mode it is more pronounced and you can hear the setup but its not too loud. I can still use my bluetooth handsfree to talk on the phone. Now in Sport and Track its loud and at full throttle it is deafening loud.
So in summary, if you want it as quiet as possible, leave the OEM xpipe and NPP on, and go with the catted version of the ARH mids.
Thanks guys! @TriPinTaZ , did you have the offroad Xpipe on before the ARH mids? If so how much louder compared to when you just had the Xpipe? (Did the mids make a bigger difference than the offroad xpipe or vice versa?)

Yes I had the offroad X pipe first. I couldn't tell any difference in part throttle sound. It was louder for sure under hard throttle and cold starts. So then I went to Borla NPP setup and that was a huge sound increase. Then I went with ARH mids with cats and it was only slightly louder at low throttle but A LOT louder at full throttle.
2015 z51 M7 with Halltech carbon cai, ARH mids catted and Borla catless x-pipe .... and B & B bullet with AFM and NPP deleted and removed. Car is somewhat louder then OEM when cruising and really comes alive when WOT, but not crazy loud.

I was just now looking to start a new thread on this topic, but thought I'd just add to this one (as it was fairly recent) -- Can anyone provide additional feedback on the volume increase with the midlength headers? I'm currently running a catless xpipe with the stock NPP exhaust and have fuse 42 pulled (thus disabling the NPP valves) and I'd like to see an appreciable increase in volume overall (20-30% perhaps?). Will the catted midlength headers do this for me -- Or will the difference be negligible?
I would also consider moving up to longtubes and tuning instead -- But I'd prefer to go Midlength if it will give me the volume/tone increase that I'm looking for.
The catless x pipe gives a nice bump is sound. The mid lengths with high flow cats to your existing catless x pipe will be very noticeable. It sounds great, looks great, and no tune needed.
