Default Will Range AFM keep both sets of NPP baffles open?

I pulled fuse #42 which keeps those rear baffles open but I want the other set of baffles before that to remain open all the time to. Will range AFM get the job done?

Can I ask what range AFM is? New to C7 and have these mufflers. Might be interested in doing the same.

A Range is a device that tricks the ECM into never going into 4 cylinder mode without doing anything that would void the warranty . With an A8 , this will reduce the chances of getting the dreaded "shutter"

Now if you have an A8 and you pull the fuse because you want your NPP open you are only 1/2 way there because there are a set of AFM/DOD valves that are before the muffler that close anytime the car goes into ECO mode . So with a Range , the car never goes into ECO mode and since you pulled the fuse .... the exhaust will be louder all the time

The next mod that won't get you into any trouble is a catless XPipe like a Manzo or a Corsa along with a mild to wild switch that is slaved to your home link buttons.

With the NPP now held open by the mild to wild plus the catless x pipe the Corvette now sounds how it should have rolling off the factory floor yet when you want it quiet, just press the mild to wild switch and it will sound like your father's Buick
