Default TSP Headers (Not Texas Speed)

So I cant afford to buy any long tubes right now but I came across these and was wondering if anyone has heard of these guys? $1000 for headers w/ Xpipe, and you get a free catch can. Sounds nice but almost too nice......

I admit I know zilch about these products, but given others experiences with some of the lesser known, less expensive headers, I would suggest you save your bucks for now. Wait until you can get the ones known to fit correctly and work without issues. In any event, all the best.

I've been contemplating the same thing. One big difference between these and the other budget brands is that these are made in the USA.

That's the big thing that made me look at these, also they come with a life time warranty.

I would say it's better to get a cheaper X-pipe since fitment and performance is much easier. For headers, especially full length long tubes spend the bit extra for the more well known products that have good results. I personally love the sound of Corsa headers

I agree with you here on the X-Pipe. I actually seen someone local to me selling some ARH long tubes for 500 they are the 2". Only thing is its only the headers and no X-pipe so im sure it will require some fab work. Well I mean regardless they all require some fab work but you get what I mean.

Buy the headers and then just buy a new x pipe from ARH

But 2 inch on a stock motor is overkill

Yeah that's the only reason why I don't really want 2". Also I though I seen somewhere that 2" loses a bit of power down low (Stock setup), but im sure its not enough to actually notice. When I do get headers my plan as of now is Texas Speed, They are an hour away from me so I could just go pick them up when the time comes.

You would be very happy with our headers. We just released these less than a few weeks ago and you would be very happy with the quality. We use 100% American Made Stainless steel which is much thicker than Chinese Made Headers. Chinese made headers generally have a tinging sound to them and if you ask some tuners they will confirm to you that they can cause false knock.

American Racing, Kooks, Stainless Works are excellent American Made headers... ours are very good also. I just came back from a vacation so we will be test fitting these production units shortly and can show how well they fit

No reason to save and wait... TPS Motorsports offers 0% interest financing for up to 1 year.... we can even get bad or no credit customers financed.

Not only are they Made in the USA... they have a lifetime warranty, Includes a Billet Catch Can, includes GM Gaskets, and also has 02 Extensions... what other budget brand includes these? Heck... what other brand of headers includes all these items with the purchase?

Yes.. way different... TPS Motorsports headers are made in the USA and have great ground clearance.

X-Pipes are designed for Specific Headers and are not universal... ARH headers won't fit a TPS X Pipe and vise versa

Just keep in mind that the $1000 does not get you cats. Personally, I'm not a fan of running a catless setup due to the excessive exhaust fumes/odor, but if you don't mind the fumes, that's a pretty good price for what appears to be US made headers.

I dont know about the headers but I bought brakelines from TPS Mak and they were quality pieces for a good price.
I have texas speed 1 7/8 headers great fit and performance had them for 4 years now no issues.
ARH headers are awesome but not all of can spend 2000 + on headers when you can get 95 % performance for half the money
