Car shakes after cam/converter install

hello, this c7 is my first modified car ive ever owned. i dont know if this is normal with my mods but when im at a complete stop and i let go of the brake the car shakes like a forward/backwards shake and its very annoying. is this normal?

"...forward/backwards shake..." I've had and driven lots of cars, ones far more modified than yours and I've never had what I'd consider a shake like you describe.

That said, given the stock cam-specs and the LT-series shake when fully stock, I'd think any cam swap worth the trouble would only increase such errant motion. Unless there is something bizarre with your TC I'd say... "Welcome to modded cars."

Take it back to the tuner and have him smooth out the idle in the tune , it should not pull against the converter that hard. That is unless you did not get a big enough converter for the cam

What is the stall speed ....?

The OP never answered my question on what the Stall speed is on the converter .... if its stock it should not be a big surprise ..

"forward/backwards".. or "side to side"... ???

side to side is normal on cam cars. never had it shake forward/backwards

i'v seen this when the tc is not matched to the cam. a higher stall was probably needed so its inguaged all the time. who ever did the mod should have known this. typical with stock tc
