Depends on where in the world your street is if it doesn't go below 40 , then you'd start at a good summer compound , if you are looking to drive year round and keep the same tires then you are looking at Michelin A/S3+

I used to live in UpState NY and now live in Charlotte. However, Charlotte sees cold weather as well. I have driven my 15 Z06 first with the Cup2 ZPs and then with the PSS ZP in upper 20 degree temps with no issues. Just have to remember the tires (any tire other than a snow tire will have less grip at those temps) and not romp on the throttle. Normal grocery getter driving will result in unexciting results (desirable). Start tromping on the throttle and you will get exciting results (undesirable).
