Default Proactive alert and charging system light

2016 Corvette Z51
I'm getting this Proactive Alert: Engine and Transmission System
A notification has been issued because the battery has a low level of charge. To avoid a no-start situation, the vehicle should be allowed to idle or driven for 15 minutes. If the vehicle temperature is below 10°F/-12°C, then 30 minutes is preferred.
Drive or Idle vehicle to charge battery
Service code SAC003 and Bulletin PI1250

I tested the system, everything is operating as designed. The charging system light (Battery Icon) should come on briefly when the ignition is turned on, but the engine is not running, as a check to show the light is working.

The charging system light (Battery Icon) does not come. I checked the lights in service mode and all come on except the charging system light (Battery Icon). There is no message on the Driver Information Center.

No Codes.

I believe this is causing this proactive alert to be generated.

Could the LED be burned out in the Display???

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
