Default Intake question

Just wondering, is the intake the same on the LT1, LT4 and LT5? I have a C7 Z06 and am going to be doing my next round of mods and I;m debating whether or not to leave my current setup, which is just a drop in green filter, or if it's worth doing an actual cold air intake. Reason I asked the comparison question is I figure if they are using the same intake on the ZR1, then it must flow enough and I wouldn't see much of a reason to spend the bucks on a CAI system.

The intake tubes are different. LT1 and LT4 might be just about identical except a little bit on the Shape. lt5 is much smoother. The airboxes are all the same. Just because a higher horsepower engine manages to suck air through it, doesnt mean it's not a restriction.
