Default Tires

What are the best tires to get for a a stingray with 540-600 RWHP. I have XO wheels 19/20. Please include sizes. I will be driving in the rain as little as possible as my car is a garage queen. They do not need to be run-flats.

I have the non-run-flats Michelin Pilot Sports 4S on my Stingray Z51 and I love the ride quality. However, I am not supercharged....YET

Fronts: 275/30 - ZR 19's
Rears: 305/30 - ZR 20's

You run 305/30/20 on your rear? How would that compare to a 285/30/20 on a 20x11? I know nothing about tires. What does 305 and 285 mean? Thanks.

I want to go with Toyo R888R's. What sizes are you running?

I believe I’m on the same size at the factory rubber.
245/35ZR19 up front and 285/30ZR20 in the rear.
simpletire.com had them at the best price. They are a pretty noisy tire but have the best traction unless you go to a drag radial. Just so you know you can’t mix run flats with non run flats, cause a stability issue at higher speeds. I didn’t believe it when ppl told me but found out the hard way they were right.

Seriously? Crap, I'm glad I found out now. I was about to put the R888R on the rear and Pilot Sport AS/3+ on front.

No physics Matt , the sidewall on drag radials is very soft and even with non Runflats the *** end will move around sometimes

Now mix in the sidewall on a run flat is very stiff , so the *** end of the car really starts to wag like a dogs tail around 100 and above pretty bad .... got my attention real fast also ....

Also never mix bias belt with radial and vice a versa

Default Toyo R888R

Put them on yesterday. I finally have traction to go with the supercharger.
