Son called today regarding 2014 C7
They went to go for a drive and they had no power what so ever, No engine turning over, no dash lights. Nothing
They are replacing Battery but I'm not sure that's going to work .
Any ideas??

Get a voltmeter and start by measuring the battery voltage. Should be 12.6 volts or above with the car off. See below link.
