Default Door locks not working

My 2017 Grand Sport door locks are not working, car buttons as well as the key FOB? I was not able to find any fuse for this function. I would appreciate any suggestions on what to check.

Both doors? Windows work? Hatch works?

Go to the store and buy 2 new batteries for the FOB and replace the batteries.

Replace FOB batteries. Takes 5 minutes. If it doesn’t work post back.

The key FOB has new batteries, it successfully unlocks the rear lid.

I do hear a relay switching inside the engine compartment fuse box when I activate the door lock from the key FOB. Any idea on which relay is in charge of the door locks?

Also, the lock light on each door lights up, but no locking action?

I checked the fuse/relay lay pout, but none are labeled as door locking?

Doors are controlled by the BCM (under the passenger floor) and the RCDLR. You might consider going to the dealer as they are the only folks that can work on those.

Now that we know the FOB is functioning (I hadn't noticed that mentioned until now) the next step is the dealer.

I would look a 2,3 and R5 all in the trunk for starters.

Thanks, checked the fuses in the rear compartment - all were OK.

Also, the relay clicking in the front fuse compartment was the head light relay, #61.

I do hear a relay clicking on the passenger side inside wall, I haven't taken the carpet out yet to verify, I assume this is where the BCM is located.

Verified that all the BCM related fuses (front and back) were OK

I did notice that while the door lock lights work, and the interior on/off lighting, there is no sound of the locking solenoid working.
