Default Need suggestions on replacing rotors and brake pads for C7 Z51

I'm looking to upgrade my brake rotors to ones that don't rust every time you wash the vehicle, and I want them to be drilled and slotted. also I would like the center to be painted black. I also want to replace the brake pads to ones that don't leave so much dust. Every time I take the car out, the wheels look like they were never cleaned. I would appreciate anyone's feedback on which brands you recommend and where you got them. Thanks for your help

The rotors are going to rust nothing you can do about that.

DBA T3 ClubSpec 4000 rotors have black painted hats and are just slotted (not drilled). I use PowerStop Z23 pads, no dust.

Iron rotors rust. After you wash the car, drive around the block and you won't have an issue with rust on the rotor surface.
