Default Drop in air filter C7's

Can anyone tell me which is the best DROP. IN. Airfilter for a 2016. 6.2 ltr corvette, I dont want to change the entire intake system just replace with a better drop in. Since it's time to change it I've heard there are small increase in h.p. and torque but mostly throttle response. Also I dont want to void warrenty or get any lights. Thanks!

I've heard good things about BMS.

I have about 8k trouble free miles and 2 years on a Green Brand filter. After installation it idle higher but after a few ignition cycles it relearned and adjusted itself back to normal. I would buy the Green Brand again.

Attack Blue is your best choice; it's the largest air filter that will physically fit inside the stock airbox. I know the BMS is popular but spending $100 on a disposable paper air seems silly when quality lifetime reusable filters are about the same price.

If you have any model other than a Z06 save your money to do something else with it that'll make a genuine difference in your life.

Been lots of tests by the Corvette Forum motor heads. They may not be "official text book" tests, but they are tests performed by some of or most trustworthy motor heads we have....people who really know performance and changes you can feel . ALL of the BMS filter change remarks (and I have read a pile of them) have been outstanding, very high marks. I bought mine about 1500 miles ago and I love it. It feels like the car does breathe better and if you do it with the Solar Performance polished throttle body, you WILL feel it!

Agreed. I did my BMS and Mamo TB and the cars throttle response is great.

Just installed an Attack Blue air filter, it coupled with the Soler Throttle body and Soler TC Throttle Controller and I have to say "WOW", very impressive. This combination has dramatically reduced the dead spot in the throttle, seems to be idling smoother and it certainly feels quicker and more responsive!

Attack Blue is as good as they get. I tried a couple cold air intakes and the Attack Blue was the best.

If all you're going to do is the filter I agree with the BMS. You will get a little more power as it leans it out a bit and also can add up to 1/2 degree of timing in some areas. If you want even better drive-ability, get a Mamo ported TB to go with it. No tune. No voided warranty. Just a few extra ponies.

I'm running a BMS filter and a Mamo TB for a couple thousand miles now. Couldn't be happier.

A 5 inch intake on an otherwise stock car with no tune is ridiculous advice.

BEST?
Do you mean best air/dirt filtration or best power performance, since there is no magic bullet that provides both?

I totally agree with that and the Attack Blue is like 130.00 shipped.
