Vibration at rear end

Vibration at rear end
i am getting some vibration in the rear during gear change between 25 to 29 mph and around 76 to 78 constant vibration.As long as i am below 76mph its smooth.I had tires balance and they are good tires.My next thought was CV Axle change, are they any suggestions.I have 36750 miles on my vette

Edit: Oh yeah there was a 6 speed automatic too so A6 is another option, though that was a limited run.
