How far back is your seat? Do you have it all the way back? I read yesterday that having the seat pinned all the way back can cause cold air out of the heater. Don't laugh! It was true!

crank the temp to max and see what it does.
I like to keep mine set around that same 73 give or take and on A/C it seems to do ok, but when the wife and I want heat we have to kick it up to 76 or 77 to feel comfortable.
