I cannot believe it's taken so long for one of our vendors to do this.

You should take note that all McGard spline drive lugs are "only" available in a box of 50 lugs. Gotta wonder why they don't sell individual sets. Do track lugs wear out quicker?

No, it’s just the gold, all other colors are available in individual packs

We don’t have them listed as boxes of 50, we don’t even have gold listed at all,
but I can get them

Are you sure? The manufacturer does not indicate any individual sets (4 ea) of any color splines lugs on their website. All spline sets are only available in boxes of 50 according to their website. Why would they offer just the gold spline lugs only in boxes 50 pieces?

Damn those lugs are purty. Wish my Corvette had 16 wheels so I could have all those sets. I guess I'll have to buy 3 more Corvettes.

So if I read it correctly, these are not the same stock 19mm size? I'd need a new 13/16" lug nut socket to utilize?

If you go to the spline lug yes. The other lugs no. The socket is like $10.

Spline Drive, you need the tool
Straight Lug Nuts us a 13/16" Hex Head
Bulge Lug Nuts use 3/4" Hex Head

You are correct Chip. My bad. The tool is just a socket? Do you know what this tool looks like?

3/16 Hex Head on the Spline Tool - it's just a slim, deep splined socket

Are these 1 piece, to eliminate the "swollen lug nut" problem ?

Assuming these fit OEM wheels, and the forum famous Forgeline wheels.
What's the explanation of 'buldge'

It's purely cosmetic - both fit OEM wheels and aftermarket wheels cut to OEM specs

It has to do with how deep the lug nut pocket is on the wheel
Pictured below

My OEM GS wheels - Deep Pocket - I chose the standard lug nutz because the pocket
is so deep that you can only see the top of the lug nuts - unless you are on your hands and knees

On my Truck I selected Bulge - The pockets are not deep and a lot of the lug nut is exposed

It's a visual - unless keeping debris out of the lug nut pockets is a concern (track - travel roads with gravel, road debris)

Either set will fit all C7s with OEM wheels or OEM cut aftermarket wheels with OEM pockets

Thanks for asking, that is Q we get on the phone all the time

Regards
Chip

Call them 'extended', or 'long tip'. Bulge means pregnant.
