Default Changing plugs
Anyone recommend changing plugs when I have the headers and x pipe installed with a tune
Car has 20k on her

Think plugs are good for 100k miles, I only changed mine being I put a supercharger on the car and had to go to a cooler heat range.

Prob no need, unless you are having some problems or something - can pull a few of them and see how they look..

The more power you add the more often they should be changed. You'll be fine with them at 20k and a set of headers but these LT motors build a up a ton of carbon. Might just be worth it.
