Are you running NA motor for that big a stall? I don't know what mods you have but thats a lot of converter for a street car.

Procharged car. It’s my street racer & 1/4 mile car. I’ve had 5000 + stall in my old nitrous C5 😃

Now that makes sense, the Pro Charger brings on the boost at higher rpm so a stall gets it done. Pd blowers like I've had don't normally require a stall converter unless you want to launch in second gear on a modded motor in the new generation A8 and A10s.

Picked up my car this past week 😃

Here’s a very quick pull. 30mph in 4th gear in manual mode lugging around 2000rpm’s 😂 And YES I went back later to see the two strips of rubber down the road. Slow the video down and see the 120mph on the speedo
Tire shredder
The best high stall converter I’ve ever had. Not because of what is in this quick video but a lot of reasons I’ll share soon.

Went to the track again this past Saturday. Ran a 10.37 @ 135 w/ a 1.466 60’
Still have not installed my adjustable toe rods or sway bar never mind a rear alignment.

Having issues now with it nose diving down (throttle cut ?/torque management ?) on the shift and just after with my A8. This happened before and I got that straightened out with another tune.

Was hoping for a much better 60’ as well. Maybe the problem with the shifts is also causing a lazy 60’ ?!? Gonna find out hopefully soon

For the et/mph thats not a bad 60ft. You can probably a couple degrees of timing to help the 60 ft as long as your hooking now. I'm assuming your logging your runs.

No not logging my runs. Saturday night that was my first and only run. Could gone a little quicker and faster possibly but I told the wife if I hit a 10.3 I’m done as that was one of my earlier goals. Would have run more but I know that the shift issue was holding me back and that was that.
New plan to log my next runs so I can get this taken care of.
It runs perfect on the street shifts and all under wide open throttle. I’m not going to add any more power so I’m going to start looking for every last stone to uncover for a better ET 😎
Thanks for posting up !!

Cured the nose over issue on my C6 by adding 1 extra quart of trans fluid. Just a bolton LS3, but still pulled high 1.4 60' times with a Yank 4000 and the OEM 2.56 gear.
I don't know much about the A8 internals yet, but a hard launch with the A6 will push fluid up to the back of the pan and momentarily starve the converter.

1.4 60' isn't horrible especially on a procharged car. What's your tire/wheel setup?

Finally installed these 335/30/18 Hoosiers and rear sway bar tonight. Sway bar mounts are too tight so I’m going to have to shim them. Adjustable toe rods install next week as I’m traveling out of town. Cars going to hook I’m pretty damn sure 😃

That's not bad at all. Looks killer to me !!

I am glad to hear you are not blowing the tires off with that stall.

Gainesville Raceway is having a TT all day with no street tires allowed. I was planning to take my truck but they are really strict on the roll bar rules.
So...my backup plan is the vette which is getting the front clear wrapped today. I am wondering if it will cure by Saturday so I can run it. I am having Expel put on it.
