Looking for the 6 piston seals and dust boots PN, I’m not doing the Racing Brake kit for 93 for one caliper seem a bit high and I’ve been to Rock Auto and they show them but the picture depicts 4 piston so I’m not 100% confident.

The lube is necessary to permit easy reassembly of the pistons in the cylinders once the seals have been replaced. Brake fluid doesn't work well and almost anything else will ruin the seals. The caliper lube sold at local autoparts stores is almost always for use outside of the hydraulics. I discovered this problem close to 10 years ago when I was trying to rebuild C6Z calipers and found none of the young clerks knew what I was asking for. All I would get were the deer in the headlights stare. On older clerk said his store had stopped carrying the lube many years before since most people just purchased rebuilt calipers. By the way I still have my bottle of lube I purchased from Zeckhausen back then. It goes a long way.

I bought a AC Delco kit from Rock Auto and it didn’t come with anything but that was a few years ago on my ZL1 caliper upgrade on my Camaro same seals and boots as the C7 6 piston calipers. But currently Rock Auto is out of stock an they don’t show the PN’s.
Are the Centric parts as good as or better than OEM seals and boots???
More than likely. Centric is a large provider of brake parts to the aftermarket and they also own StopTech one of the big names in aftermarket brake systems.
