I have a black C7 stingray and I have a e85 tune with intake and throttle body. I was thinking which one should I do first a MSD manifold or TSP headers
Do headers and a ported stock intake manifold. The MSD will make more peak power up top but lose some down low. It really isn't worth it unless you do a cam IMO.
What kind of power are you making now with the E85 and CAI? If your going to port the intake also do the TB. I'm doing a similar build with E and Cai, cat delete but using the stock exhaust manifolds. Gm did a pretty good job on the exhaust for the LT1s. On my Camaro I just sold I made well into the 700's on the stock exhaust with the 2300 Maggie, stock Lt1, did use Meth/water for extra fueling and Lingenfelter Big Bore Pump which was basically a modified LT1 Fuel pump a few years back.

+4 on the headers and ported gm intake manifold.
dont forget to protect those plug wires with heat sleeves.
