Odd scratching noise going down freeway.

Going down the freeway in a high gear, I hear a scratching noise, maybe a small rattle when hitting the gas.
Ie: acceleration in 7th gear when your already going 70-80 around 1500 rpms.
Any ideas?
Ps. My car is procharged, but the sound honestly SOUNDS like its coming from the stick shift area, but that being said, sound travels and can show in odd spots.

I listened but didn't hear an issue. Does it happen during lite acceleration in 7th or mid-throttle? Can you accelerate in 7th and NOT hear the problem, as in lite acceleration? Sometimes the stick can sound "load" and vibrate or buzz when you are accelerating.

Seems to happen during light acceleration in 5-7th gear... pretty annoying in person.
It SOMETIMES doesn't happen, maybe due to temp? Not sure yet....
