Default Stage 2 Front splitter, undertray question

Hi,

If I install a stage 2 front splitter with the matching undertray under it (23163400) do I need part 22 and part 24?

The deflector is covering these parts up anyway, isnt it? Or are these parts needed to maintain proper airflow between the opening in the bumper and the radiator?

I know that part 26 has to be removed in any case.

Need? No. 24 is unrelated. It's goes from the silver bolts on your picture to the k member. Every c7 has it. Splitter or not. I didn't have one for years. But all cars come with it.

22. Well. Kind of. Do you have an auto? Or a car with a horizontal cooler? It helps move flow out of that cooler to the sides. It also helps add a little forward and aft support to the front bumper. I would use this part.

Are you rebuilding a crashed car? Your car should.have both of these parts

I have an M/T and I dont have the horizontal cooler and dont plan on retrofitting it.

Yes I am rebuilding a crashed car hence I am thinking about buying these parts or not.
