My Vette has 2000 miles on it and it started to display the "English" display on the heads up when I start the car. I change it to "Sport" but when I restart the car the next time it goes back to "English." Any fixes appreciate.

Set the DIC and HUD to a fixed mode. Using the "right thumb" steering wheel buttons scroll left, down to settings, push ok, scroll to display, scroll right, and select the display mode you want - not "Link to drive mode", push ok.
Absolutely not a big deal, but it really is “head up” display, not “heads up” display. I’ve noticed that the wrong term really annoys design engineers and many pilots as well.
There is only one head involved in processing the information presented on the display. Years ago I thought they were being a little picky, but good grammar is to not make plurals out of singulars, no matter what we are discussing. Maybe it’s like telling a new driver to start off by shifting into 1st gears instead of more correctly saying 1st gear.
As the C7 brochure says:
”Color Head-Up Display with readouts for 4 modes, including Track mode with g-meter, vehicle speed and engine rpm“
