PDR sdhc card. A dealer recently mentioned not to exceed 32gb on your sd card but yet I see places selling both 64gb and 128gb cards. Is one suggested for use more than another? I have a 2019 Grand Sport and I am finally getting around to installing the card.

PDR card must be formatted FAT32. The largest size that can be formatted FAT32 by Windows is 32gb. If you use a third party utility to format the SD card to FAT32 you can go as large as you want. I used a 1TB SD card for a while.
Note that under FAT32 file size limits, each PDR file can only be around 90 min max. The PDR will stop recording with no message.
A 32GB SD card will hold over 11 hr of recordings...
Oh - be sure to STOP recording or open the car door to turn off RAP power before pulling the SD card or the last file will be corrupt and unrecoverable. Ask me how I know...
I'm a newbie to the Corvette world and I'm on a steep learning curve, here's on I learned this one early on. I bought the 64GB thinking bigger is better but couldn't get to work so I bought the 32FAT and haven't had any issues other than forgetting to hit the 'Start Recording' button on Day 1. Two weeks ago I was at Watkins Glen with the SCDA and planned on using the PDR (I didn't know there's 11hrs of recording time until it was mentioned in this post) and I was trying to save card memory so I was waiting until we were on pit lane and I forget to start the recording, sorted that out. Then I somehow managed to turn on the full traction control during the last session of Day 2 which screwed the car up so bad I thought it was broke because I had no throttle control and had to steer the car through the corners, not good. Anyway the PDR picked it all up, I was shocked at how much the traction control system interfered with the car's performance and seeing it on the recorder is one of those lessons that I'll never forget and a mistake that I won't repeat again. The PDR may be the best drivers aid on the car.

Fantastic post. Everything one needs to know.
Anyone who wants to go further than just watch their video playback, be sure to download the Cosworth Toolbox (just google that name) for free. You’ll see an extensive amount of telemetry being tracked. You can compare laps side by side. See a GPS based satellite view of your racing lines. It’s very extensive and I can’t believe something like that is free.
