Default Persistent Alarm - Coupe

I've read several other threads about the alarm persistently going off, but none of them address my issue, or were specific to the convertible that has a switch where the latch is. I have a 2014 Coupe and the alarm is constantly going off. Yes, I turn off the interior motion sensor, no I don't have a sunshade or anything else moving to set it off even when the interior motion is on. I can see my car outside of my window at work and it will just randomly go off. I look out the window and nothing. I don't keep my keys in my pocket thinking maybe when I sit down I trigger the alarm button. Nothing. I thought maybe when I changed the battery it would fix it, since my original battery was still in the car from 2013 and I have over 100,000 miles on the car. Nope. Brand new battery and it's still doing it. Sometimes it will go off every couple of minutes 3 or 4 times in a row until I just leave it unlocked. There has GOT to be someone that has figured out why TF this is happening!!! Doesn't matter if the roof is on or off; parked in the shade or not, etc. Has anyone actually diagnosed this issue before??

You probably need to have the codes read to find where to look. Normal OBD II reader won't read body codes so you need a tool with capabilities similar to the GM MDI tool.

Perhaps the break glass detection for the rear window? See post below for another users detailed pictures. Might be something burned up or damaged back there.
