TPMS Complete Assembly

I've bought replacement TPMS fairly cheaply but I need the whole assembly with the hardware to mount to some brand new wheels. Does anyone have a link to the entire TPMS assembly?

If you have the sensor, you can buy the AC Delco install kit from Rock Auto for $3-$4 per wheel. AC Delco part number 19117460

Haven’t come across a “kit” that includes the sensor and install parts.

GM part# 13581560 2014 - 2017
GM part# 13598775 2018 - 2019

13581557 - TPMS Sensor Nut

I bought new wheels, tires and sensors from Tire Rack. They installed the sensors, mounted, and balanced the tires so the sensors they sell must be an entire kit.
