Default TPS Headers

I see a few threads and posts about header comparisons, usually about the same regular names, never see anything about TPS brand headers. They're the lowest price by far..... Any experiences/results on them? Considering modding my new to me C7 and need a bit more noise and power....

An Advanced Search within the C7 Forum section using "TPS headers" will bring up a lot of info.

I think if you look you'll find Speed Engineering is the best deal. That's what I have and they fit perfectly on my C7 Stingray.

TSP have some fitment issues. I believe they are made in China. ARH or Kooks will have the best fitment.

The OP is asking about TPS headers which stands for Total Performance Solution vs. the one you’re referring to TSP which is Texas Speed & Performance. Two different companies/shop.

TSP are made in Texas, TPS are a lower quality brand then TSP.

I installed the TPS headers on a buddies car and I had to wrestle with it to get the flange bolts to line up. About a month or two later, I installed heads and cam package and had trouble getting the passenger side to stop leaking at the manifold gasket. I was using a magnet to help catch the bolts during removal and then realized the magnet had a strong pull on the tubes.
They are listed as stainless but they are either a 409 stainless or not stainless.
I installed Speed Engineering headers and they fit great. I did replace the cheap clamps with lap joint clamps and the rear hanger had to be modified to raise mid pipe.
Out of curiosity, I placed a magnet on my headers and it did not pull or stick to them as they are a true 304 stainless.
They have been on the car for almost a year and no issues and still look fantastic.

I did the same with the clamps. They are 304 stainless. I think Speed Engineering are a great value.

Garbage headers and not to be confused with Texas Speed headers.
