Default Rearview mirror and seat position settings

My 2014 Z51 cannot seem to remember my seat and rearview mirror positions for any length of time. I set them and hear the ring when it is set, but then the next time I get in the car the mirrors are at the default again and the seat will not move. It does not happen everytime, but more often than not...

Am I not inputting it right or is this a electrical issue I need to have resolved?

Thanks for any advice!

Not sure if that's the issue, but you can try checking if you have the correct key fob mapped to the correct memory location (1 or 2). Helpful tips in this video:

MLC:
I had no idea that there was an On/Off option in settings. Followed Rick's video and got it all sorted out.

Thanks, Joe

Glad to hear the video helped.
Being a new C7 owner myself (just got the car a couple of weeks ago), I am also going through different threads and videos, and uncovering lots of nice things about this car.
So much fun! (in addition to enjoying driving the car, of course).

Like you, I got my C7 just weeks ago, already took a 2200 mile round trip from Dallas to Scottsdale. Wonderful driving car that has room for 2 people and their stuff. I am going through all the "gadgets" on this car as well. Your tip got me to a great page of stuff to check out. I still am fooling around with the screens and what to show on the display.
The next project is tackling how to present XM/Sirius stations on the radio. AM/FM is just hold the button but satellite will not make it to preset. Again, I must be missing something and have to find it.
Enjoy the car as well, they are tons of fun and I am very, very happy with the purchase.
