Diablosport I3 wont work, HELP!
I just got my Diablosport I3 tuner, it does not pick up any Wi-Fi sources, my car picks up the entire neighborhood, so its not that, so I downloaded the Update Agent from their tech site, when running the update I get Update Cancelled - "The following files are too large: /DCX_TUNES.itf Available" space: 101736448. I am about to throw this thing against the wall and send it back to them. What a $400 POS. If any of you knows how to make this thing work that would be great.I signed up about 5 hours ago for the diablosport forum and they have told me 3 times a confirmation email has been sent that I have not received.

you just need to contact diablo tech support man... usually it's an issue with a "group" file that is saved on the programmer that you need to delete, then run the Ignition updater program again on your pc/laptop to update... Contact diablo tech support... not a big deal....

It is better to run the updater from your home computer , mine ran a long time before giving me the completed message

Thanks, I sent Mike a PM, I tihnk the issue is I have a I3 8245. On Summit Racings website is said it worked for my 17 Z51, but the more reading I do says I need an I3 8246 because of licensing issues with GM starting in 2/2017. However that still doesnt explain why the Wi-Fi is useless on it.

Updating on the pc should fix the wifi.
Open the folder on the i3 drive called runtime, and delete the files in that folder. Then run the update agent software again and it should complete the update fine.
You will need to purchase an additional $40 unlock through the updater software since the device is specific to the pre 2017 models that require the unlock.

I plugged mine into my laptop and updated it there first, then took it out to the car

I'll see if i can find something, but its super simple.
Connect the device to the USB cable and plug it into the PC.
Launch our Update Agent software after installing it from the downloads page here:
https://www.diablosport.com/downloads/
The software will find the device, ask if you want to update and you just click yes and let it do its thing.

Hmm, lots going on here! 11 licenses, but one is available, I see you paid for the $40 unlock...let me dig into why its not working.
Can you confirm exactly what it says when you try to tune the corvette currently? (screen pic would be great)

When I try to tune, after reading backup tool says it needs update.
Then I connect to PC and go through update option, it finishes update and when I connect to car I get same loop, after reading back it again asks to update tool.
Also after update PC. Ignition app tells me connect vehicle to unlock ECU when I connect nothing happens
