Default Reverse Hop

I have had my 2019 C7 for several weeks. When backing and turning out of driveway, the back tires feel like they are hopping similar to a 4 wheel drive Jeep with limited skip diff. Prior owner says it’s normal. The skip sounds excessive. Thinking about bringing it in for inspection. Anyone have knowledge about this? I’m new to vettes.

It's actually the front tires! It's normal especially when the tires are cold.

Edit: Do a forum search. There must be a hundred threads on the subject.

From the Owner's Manual:
Tire Chatter/Hop
When driving at slow speeds and in
very tight turns, the vehicle may
have tire chatter/hop. This is normal
and the vehicle does not require
service.

As previous posts said, is normal. Car probably has run flat summer tires on it, does not hop as much with all season tires or non run flat tires.

Thanks. I will pay closer attention to this to see if I can feel the front tires.
