C7 front hubs
Since the C7 hubs do not have an internal speed sensor, just where is the tone wheel on these cars?
I ask as I am looking to use the C7 hubs on a custom spindle and may possibly add ABS to the car at some point down the road. I know the C6 ZR1 hubs have the sensor internal but would prefer to stick with the C7's as they are essentially ZR1 hubs without the sensor and about $150/piece cheaper. It's for a track car so while the hubs are durable they will be a wear item.
I'm guessing the tone wheel is internal to the hub with a separate sensor but cannot tell for sure from the pics and diagrams I have found.
