I found an old thread that states in order to replace the dash pad on passenger side is to remove the console and trim around the auto shifter. I looked at my new GM replacement pad and noticed that two screws on the bottom of new pad, and the upper anchor points on the pad are just snap in. So it appears the only thing I have to do is remove the glove box! I’m I correct? Looks like it’s pretty straight forward. Has anyone done this that could give their thoughts on this. Trying as much as I can to prepare for the job. I don’t need to replace any trim on the dash of the drivers side. Thank you!!
I can’t prove it. Dealership said they would pay for it, I wasn’t 100% sure they did it and couldn’t in my mind, make them pay for it. From now I’m taking pics inside and out before it goes to the dealership..
You mean any mods? No, 2019 stingray still under warranty its bone stock except side skirts and Z51 spoiler I’m going to install next week. I Moded my C5 engine and my C6 427 (sold them) but I think I will probably leave at least the engine stock. My days of over 500hp are gone. Lol
I understand. I have an ECS supercharger and Billy Boat fusion axel back. Was on the car when I bought it. Its in the shop right now for Kooks Header and X pipe. Thinking about meth or E85 for pinging. I've done a lot to the car in the last month visually. Just put in an MGW shifter last Sat. I flew to New Jersey and drove it back to Mn.. That was the last week of last July.

I replaced mine years ago. It was a good 2hr job. I used the directions on that old thread you were talking about which required to remove bolts from the center console area. It was kind of time consuming but not to bad. The two screws on the back side of the pad were the hardest to get to.
